Maine State Bird...

You gotta have quick reflexes to take a photo like this because the chickadees usually don't land for long. I miss the photograph more times than I get it.

Great photo. Did you know that the chickadee is also the Massachusetts state bird?

But so cute when they do hold still! I really love them and get few shots of them. This is a great shot.

This is a great travel blog you have here. I'm a first-time visitor, but I'm very impressed. I have a travel blog myself which I hope to be a top resource for those looking to go on vacation.

I'd like to exchange links with you to help spread some traffic around between each out. Please let me know if this is okay.

I know what you mean about how speedy they are. I've tried unsuccessfully for two years to get a photo of a chickadee in flight. Now THAT'S a challenge! Sweet shot of the one you have here.
