The top photo was taken while attending a kayaking symposium in Castine, Maine and the bottom one was taken on the Androscoggin River in Greene. It'll be a while but I'm looking forward to getting back in the kayak this year and doing some paddling.

Such good light on these pictures. Maine has so many beautiful places to see, I'm not surprised you can't wait to get out there kayaking again.

Certainly looks like fun. I have never been kayaking but it seems so peaceful.
You said it was 11 degrees on my last post. At that rate it will be a while. When does it usually get warm enough to get out?
