The leaves are changing and the birds are really visiting the feeder now that the weather is cool. I photographed this nuthatch earlier this afternoon with the colored beech leaves as a nice background. It won't be long and the leaves will be gone and the snow will be flying.

Nice shot of the Red-breasted Nuthatch John! I got to see one just last week. Never got to take a picture tho. It was quite cool in northern Alabama today. Not quite ready for that yet!
