Pansies....

I drove by the garden center yesterday and I noticed they just put out their pansies to sell. In this area the pansies are usually the first flowers you can actually leave outside and not worry about the frost killing them off. Like the post from a few weeks ago, one of these images is film and the other is digital.

Whatever they are, they are beautiful. I love the little pansy "faces."

Hi John!
These are my mom's favorite flowers! Every year she buys them for me and I grumble under my breath, hahaha, not because they aren't beautiful..they are, but because I'm the one that has to sit and pick off the seedpods in the heat of the summer! I know that someday when I'm going to pick out flowers...without my mom...I will be bringing home pansies!
I say the white pansy is the film.

Beautiful John. My guess would be The second is film. If I am correct I am amazed, and thank you for showing me that you really can tell the difference.. thanks John

Beautiful images, John. I'm glad to see that spring is emerging there. Pretty soon, you'll be seeing the spring flowers in the wild, too. I think the second picture is the film picture. They're both beautiful.

Excellent images! Couldn't say which is film and which is digital. Regardless - they are beautiful!
