Work a Subject...

This is the same little waterfall that I posted on Monday but a horizontal format and just to the left of the clump of grass that was in Mondays picture. The far left of this photo is the section I photographed for my post on Oct. 3rd, that photo was looking across the waterfall. When I find a nice subject I like to move around and shoot it from different angles to make sure I get the best shot possible.

Good idea John. Amazing what a different perspective you can get from the same subject!!

I always suspected you were a water-sprite, and this proves it yet again. I feel like a fish swimming against the current with the water stroking my sides.
Just keep on snapping!

Are you standing in the stream for this one??? Great shot....I love how you always get that "soft" look to the white water area. The color in the trees behind are so crisp in contrast. Your book, will be great....I can tell :-)

You are blessed with a good eye for a picture, obviously.

Your photos are beautiful from any angle. Yesterday I had a customer buying binoculars because she is leaving today for a trip to Maine...she was worried that she had missed the color, but, thanks to your blog, I was able to reassure her that it is very colorful now.

If it works then run with it is one of my mantras. All the images are simply beautiful. Nature at its finest.

I try to do the same thing. I think all of these have been great - the autumn colors and that fabulous flowring water. Wonderful!
